Android and iPhone differences that affect the download
The flow is the same on both systems, but the file's destination changes. On Android the video lands in the Download folder and the gallery picks it up on its own. On iPhone, Safari saves to the Files app and you need one more step to move the video into Photos. Another difference is the clipboard: iOS asks whether the site may read what you copied, and without that permission the field stays empty.
On both systems, the Paste from Clipboard button on our site uses the browser's clipboard API. In Chrome for Android it works directly. In Safari, you need to tap Allow when iOS asks. If the button does nothing, press and hold the text field and use the system's own Paste.

Downloading from the Shopee app without losing your place
You do not have to open the browser manually every time. In the Shopee app, tap share, choose Copy link, and switch back to the downloader tab you left open in the browser. On Android, the recents button makes the switch quick. On iPhone, swipe the bottom bar sideways to jump between Shopee and Safari.
An alternative is adding the site to your home screen. In Chrome, use the three-dot menu and tap Add to Home screen. In Safari, use the share button and choose Add to Home Screen. The icon opens the downloader full screen, like an app, and keeps your session.
If the video came from a link sent on WhatsApp or Telegram, you can long-press the message, copy the link, and paste it directly. Short shope.ee links work without opening Shopee first.
